Got these from a man that was very anal about what he did with them. Every motor or everything that I've tried that this man has given me has worked. Unfortunately I cannot test this thing as I have no idea really even what it is. But I do see how much they cost. I do not know if it works or not. But I do not see why it wouldn't send that this man here took very good care of everything seeing that it's in the actual original box that it was purchased in. It looks like it has never been used before. So I am posting this as new other. But I cannot test this. I have included in the pictures all of the numbers markings or anything that applies to what the voltage is. This thing does not really have a scratch on it. piece is sold as is where is. Please make sure this will fit your application before you make me an offer. If you do know how to test these I will follow your directions to test it to make sure it works. I don't want to hurt the unit so I'm not trying it on my own. Either that or you can get it yourself and test it. The price will reflect that. As I've said before I'm not a electric Tech.
