I built this to suit Betta fish, as such I got rid of the coarse media and plugged the Biorb bubble filter (this was done using Biorb acrylic from another Biorb tank and marine grade silicone). It comes with a simple Interpet CF mini waterfall filter which I use standard service packs for with added ceramic media. Comes with all the chems shown (expensive new), heater, the plants shown which have been growing well for the last two years and lots of other extras including a spare Biorb light, spare filter and a spare heater.
