Wonderful Loys Lucha Art Deco Chandelier.

Origin: France.

Date: 1920s.

Maker: Les verreries de Loÿs Lucha was a small light fixture manufacturer in Paris that existed from the 1920s to 1935. Loys Lucha was specialized in colorful enameled glass (Emaux d'Art), most often with stylized, vibrant flower patterns.

Materials: The center bowl is made out of glass, the center is adorned with a hand-painted, enameled hydrangea flower decor. The borders are adorned with a black colored flower and leaves decor which builds a great contrast to the colorful center. The suspension is made out of silk cords, the canopy is made out of brass.

Measurements: The total height of the chandelier is 19.7" (50 cm). The glass bowl has a diameter of 14.2" (36 cm) and a height of 3.2" (8 cm). The total weight of the chandelier is approx. 4.4 lbs (2 kg).

Condition: The entire chandelier is in very good condition with only light wear to it. The glass bowl is free from damages. The electric is in full working order, but as with all antique wiring it is advisable to have it checked by an electrician before use.
