This book has been in a private collection for over 25 years and is now being made available on eBay for the very first time, with NO RESERVE. Be sure to keep an eye out every week for my other eBay auctions as we continue to sell GOLDEN AGE and SILVER AGE comic books and ORIGINAL FANTASY ART from the collection of Johnny Craig and other rare comic, pulp or science fiction collectibles.   WEIRD TERROR was one of the greatest PRE-CODE horror comics of the 1950s. This issue features a classic cover by DON HECK, and stories inside by HECK, RUDY PALAIS, PETE MORISI and MANNIE BANKS. Long before he drew Iron Man, Don Heck's style was perfectly suited for horror comics, and this book showcases that talent. Nice cover gloss on this one. This issue lies nice and flat, with original staples holding cover and interiors tight. There is a 3/4" split at top and 1 1/2" split at bottom of spine. A 2" x 1/2" chip is gone out of top edge of back cover. Otherwise, this book looks great, almost like new. Age discoloration apparent on outer edge of inside covers, but otherwise paper quality is very supple. Based on OVERSTREET grading standards, I'm calling this book a GOOD/VERY GOOD but it sure looks a lot better than that.
