The company has made a reproduction of the original M1923 Sling and it is made in Bridgeport Connecticut on the original machines using new reproduction buckles and hardware. The sling keeper is the only original item from WWII. The cotton web material is a very thick .105 in OD green specially made.These are very limited quantities that are being made and American Fabrics is back ordered on the item right now due to the demand. I have a few for sale at the moment. This sling was a head of its time and cane be used for the following positions: Parade, Short Carry, Long carry, Sniping and Shooting Position.
