This is an original poster from the estate of Ruth Von Euw, originally from the personal collection of her father, Stephen Von Euw, who had been the editor of the Rockville (CT) Journal from the 1930s until his death in 1955. During World War II, Von Euw had made sure that every local serviceman and servicewomen received free copies of the newspaper wherever they were posted.
This is an old item dated to the WWI period, as such, you should expect wear commensurate with age and use, as pictured.
It has been and will ship rolled. There are roll and fold markings, as well as chipping. There are stains, wrinkles, nicks, rips at the edges, and other signs of wear.
There are a large number of large rips, wrinkles, and crumples at the edges. There is even a small chunk of the poster missing near the top right corner. See pics.
