I have other doors, windows, and shutters all from an 1800s farmhouse. For us to consider any best offer, you must contact me via message prior to or immediately after making the offer. Western NY We are renovating our 1836 farmhouse and adjoining buildings. This door is from the farm. Both hinges are broken. The door is 30 1/9 inches wide by 76 1/8 inches in height. It has what appears to be an original door lock and one knob; I am sure I can find you, for very little cost, a replacement knob for the inside - see the photographs. We do not have the receiving plate that goes on the door frame. The paint is clearly very much chipping off the door, but many people - from what I have seen - do a light sanding and clearcoat to freeze it in that moment. It looks like there was some kind of blue with grey over it and the yellow/beige/off white over that. Overall, the door appears to be very solidly made. It is a nine "panel" door - The largest panel, a pane of glass. Again see photographs. I do not believe the door can be shipped safely with the old glass remaining intact...but it is possible. I am listing it as local pick up, but would consider shipping with the understanding that the glass may or may not survive. Handling charges would apply: $100 above the cost of shipping As is.
