Scale is 0 to 3 volts. Lettering below the metal panel is hard to see, but I believe it has "Type 515". I could be slight off on the number. Meter is untested. Needle moves slightly as the meter is moved. It settles around the 0 mark. There is an a zero adjust screw in the front. Unit has some cosmetic issues. Please read condition statement and look at all the photos. Measures about 5" x 4" x 2". I offer 30-day returns except for items that are listed as nonworking.
