Stunning Bronze Vintage Tudor Spanish Revival Hanging Light Fixture Chandelier
Offered is a remarkable original condition antique bronze chandelier! I purchased this fixture over 20 years ago from the owner of a Spanish style home with a red clay tile roof and beautiful white stucco walls. It is one of my all time favorite light fixtures and is listed in my WICKI folder (wish I could keep it)!
The measurements of the chandelier are approximately 42" for height, 18" for width and it weighs 17 pounds . The fixture has been disassembled to help reduce shipping cost. Included with the fixture are all original screws along with extra screws. The five vintage paper candle covers seen in the listing photos are not original to the fixture and are not included with this purchase.
Regarding electrical, much of the fixture's wiring has been removed, however, the five light sockets still have their original wiring.
The chandelier's metal is in very good condition with minimal wear and no rust! The ceiling plate has remnants of (what looks like) ceiling and/or wall paint. I don't believe that the plate is scratched. We have not cleaned, polished or fiddled with the ceiling plate. It can be used as is or cleaned and restored.
Regarding the five finials (a finial hangs from each of the five sockets) there is one that has lost some of its circular attachment metal. In our eighth posted photo, you can see how the original owner used a thin, black wire to attach the finial.
