It's cosmetically pretty worn and scratched, but in physically fine condition for use. I included the 10 blades in case you wanted to use it, since I had plenty on hand, but it could make an interesting display piece, collectors item, or restoration project as well. I forgot to do an exact measurement, but it's roughly 4" long. (Addition: I recently picked up a couple of older but not antique Gillette blade packs which I will include also, but they were not in brand new condition, it's up to you whether you want to use them or not.)
