I offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all my items if I am contacted as soon as the item is received. This only applies when I misrepresent an item, not if you got it and decided you no longer want it. I try to give an honest description but I can and do sometimes make mistakes so let me know and we will work something out. If you do return an item I do not refund postage or insurance unless this is worked out between us before hand. Due to past experiences I no longer offer partial refunds. All items must be returned to me for a full refund of the selling price.

When sending a payment please include the item number and description as I sell under more than one user name and payments without both are hard to track and can really slow up shipment.

I have another job and a family. We travel often so I cannot always answer e-mails right away. Please do not ask a question right before the auction ends as I cannot always respond in time. Although I try to ship within 5 days after payment has cleared or is received please keep in mind the above statement and be patient. Because my job requires alot of time I may only be able ship once a week which will usually be on Saturday. I am honest and more than willing to answer any and all questions that you might have.
