Honda made these from steel bushings and after years of abuse and neglect cause uneven wear on spindles and egg shaping and excessive play in the front of the TRX 70 especially with big power, these are all machined to a tighter dimension and allow you to fine tune by removing some material using sandpaper on your spindles to get a better finish without spending 100's of dollars having a machine shop turn down the spindle and custom fitting bushings that will wear out. We offer different sized bushings in case the premade size doesn't fit, we will get you a size that does. Honda Part numbers DUST SEAL, KINGPIN51217-HB2-003CAP, KNUCKLE51218-HB2-000This includes all new rubber seals remade from NOS Honda seals to fit perfectly on frames and spindles this kit includes all new bushings and rubber seals to redo the front end of your TRX. Enough for one machine. ***NOTE***These bushings are turned oversized, if these do not slide onto your spindles before installing you will need to do a little sanding on the spindles or the inner diameter to get a perfect fit, do not force the spindles into the bushings, damage CAN occur as these are softer material then the steel spindle, please reach out if you need assistance, we ill be happy to guide and help you!!! if they are completely too tight we can ship you another set at no additional cost all we ask is you ship back the original's as we can take a few thousands of an inch off.
