Vintage NEW ORLEANS Sweetheart Silk pillow cover about 17 inches. I wasn't quite sure where to measure this grand old silk pillow cover but finally decided on the inside of the tape. That way the pillow that would fit this would be 15 1/2 inches by 17 inches. With a sweetheart poem from the Sunny South, this silk cover depicts life as it used to be in the Big Easy with 8 different scenes.
