Have you bought plans on CD's on ebay before only to be disappointed? Did you buy a CD only to find a bunch of useless links on it?  Did you buy a disc and when it arrives it doesn't work and you can't contact the seller?

All of our discs are tested before shipping to ensure customer satisfaction.  In VERY RARE cases does a disc get damaged and rendered unreadable in shipment.  If our disc shows up and it won't read on your DVD or CD Drive, let us know, an we'll replace it.  If you are unsatisfied in any way, let us know, we want you to be happy.

In some cases, customers bought DVD ROM discs and tried to play them on their CD ROM.  In those cases, it is not our responsibility for your hardware compatibility issues.  ALL of our DVD's are clearly marked as DVD's in the auction listing.

Pay through PayPal using:

1. We accept PayPal as our only form of payment.  We do not accept any other form of payment.  Sorry, but no exceptions.

2. All items will be shipped within 1 business day to your PayPal address . We will only ship to your PayPal verified address, (we do not review or ship to your ebay address, we only look at your PayPal address).  While this may seem like a "customer unfriendly" policy, this is a fraud prevention technique and is for the consumer's protection, as well as ours.  It is also per PayPal policy.  If you do not hear from us, please assume your package went out as promised.  We will only contact you if there is a problem.  Due to the large numbers of orders we receive, we cannot send a personal confirmation to each customer.

3. All items are shipped by USPS first class mail.  In an effort to keep our costs down, that are passed along as low prices to you, all of our disks are packaged and shipped in economic sleeves and mailers.  No hard case is included.  All of our disks are labeled with a clean text only label.  The disks are made this way for speed and cost, which translates into lower cost for you.  The disk labels do not contain fancy artwork.  We focus our efforts on the quality of the material on the disk.  We do not believe in charging you an extra 3 or 4 dollars like some companies out there just to throw in a 25 cent plastic case and slap a color label on an item.

4. USA CUSTOMERS :  Most times, your package will arrive in about 5 days after we ship them depending on where you are at.  However, lately the Post Office it seems has not been very cooperative with us and we've had a couple of customers wait a few days longer than that.  For that, we apologize.  Please understand that we cannot control the Post Office, so we can't guarantee a delivery time.  If the item does not arrive by the last promised ship date in ebay, please email us and let us know, and we will make it right.  The only unhappy customers we have are those that don't bother to contact us and don't give us a chance to fix the problem for them.

   NON-USA CUSTOMERS :  Same deal above,  except your packages typically have been taking about 2 weeks or so after we ship them.  We've noticed that maybe 20% of overseas customers have been waiting as long as 4+ weeks for these shipments.  The only explanation we can come up with is that it must be stuck in some container in some dock waiting on customs clearance.  It happens, and for those 20% of customers, we apologize, but there is very little we can do about that.  Your disk will arrive or we will replace it.

5. Multiple items purchased by the same customer may or may not be shipped in the same package, at our discretion .  We do not offer any additional discounts on multiple items other than the ones noted above.

6. Every effort has been made to accurately describe the contents of this collection.  On very very rare occasions, typographical errors may occur and we may make an innocent mistake.  These items are described to the very best of our abilities, and in as much detail as possible.

Please offer us a chance to fix any problems before leaving us negative feedback for any reason by emailing us first with your problem.  The only thing we ask from our customers is that if they have a problem, that they give us a chance to fix the problem for them before they leave bad feedback.  If negative feedback is left without any prior communication, we will assume you are no longer interested in communicating and working things out.
