Item: - A George II sterling silver crested armorial marrow scoop. The scoop is hallmarked with the makers mark 'E.O' for Elizabeth Oldfield, London assay office mark, Lion Passant, and date stamp 't' to denote 1754.

Date: - 1754.

Period: - 18th Century.

Engraving: - Crested to reverse of bowl. The stem is engraved to the reverse with the letter 'L'

Maker: - Elizabeth Oldfield.

Measurement: - The marrow scoop measures 22.6cm (length) x 4.4cm (bowl width).

Weight: - 51.6 grams / 1.66 troy ounces.
