This is an amazing looking hybrid* frame from American Optical. The color is Grey Fade and the size is 46/24. The original paper sleeve is included. *These "hybrid" frames are made with the original vintage American Optical fronts and come with  the original paper sleeve from the manufacturer.  I had the  temples  custom made to look just like the A/O temples (these are not the original temples.)   These frames are in excellent condition and work just as any other prescription quality frame.
