The bill is discolored from its use over the years, and there is what appears to be a partial bank or postal cancellation stamp to the left of Washington’s portrait; the pink ink has also bled through to the back. The top edge is rough with multiple small notches; however none of the damage extends into the printed area of the bill. Beyond these imperfections, you have a decent old note with a bold blue seal and no holes, tears, or missing pieces.
