• Do you require signature confirmation for delivery?

• I am buying multiple items from you. Can you combine shipping?

  • Yes, but only under certain circumstances.

    1. In order to receive our combined shipping discount, all items must be purchased on the same day and appear on the same invoice. All items must be paid for within 48 hours.
    2. What is covered?   Only shipments totally less than 70 lbs can be combined together.
    3. Will you combine items on multiple invoices? No. If you want items to be combined into the same shipment and get combined pricing, they must all appear and be paid for under the same invoice. No exceptions made.
• Can you ship outside of the United States?

  • Bullion Express does not support international transactions or international shipping under any circumstances, nor we do not ship to freight forwarders. We only ship within the Continental US.

• Can you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or other U.S. Territories?

  • No, we only ship to the lower 48 states of the United States.

• Can you ship to an Air, Army, or Fleet Post Office (APO/FPO) overseas?

  • No, we only ship to the lower 48 states of the United States.

• Can you ship to a PO Box?

  • Yes, but please note we ONLY ship to the shipping address in your PayPal account. If the PO Box is not set as your ship to address in your PayPal account, then please update your PayPal shipping address prior to purchasing this item.

• How long before you ship my item?

  • Bullion Express ships out every order as quickly as possible after the payment is received. In most cases, this results in your product being shipped on the next business day (Monday through Friday). However, on occasion we may receive a large number of orders in a short period of time which may slightly delay shipping of your item.
