Up for auction is a vintage wooden thermometer advertising Varsity Ginger Ale.

This is a working, the tube is intact, advertising thermometer.  It is in great condition and measures 12" x 3" in size.  Varsity Ginger Ale was made by the Lovers' Leap Co of Lynn, Mass.  You can tell the approximate age of this piece by just looking at the phone numbers.  The thermometer was made by the Stanwood Hillson Corp of Brookline, Mass.
