Condition of the wood is great shape. No delamination. Few marks, nothing serious that I could tell. Material looks great. JOHN HENRY BELTER'S ROSALIE with GRAPES PATTERN FURNITURE is named for the mansion "Rosalie" in Natchez, Mississippi. Furniture in this pattern was purchased new from Belter for the historic home in 1859, and still remains in the double front parlors.
