US Army troops in the ETO often used British made helmet nets to break up the distinctive outline of the M-1 steel pot, especially before US made versions were introduced. Otherwise, the net is in mint shape, with absolutely no rips, holes, tears, or damage of any kind to the  crisp khaki cotton construction.
