Thomas Wilkenson Silvermakers Electroplate Silver Serving Bowl w/ makers mark. Thomas Wilkenson Silvermakers Electroplate Silver Serving Bowl. This silver serving bowl was found in a box of items in my fathers estate. I think it was purchased before my birth when he was stationed in England (military Naval Officer) in the 1940s. As far as I can tell it has never been used. The research I did on the makers markings shows T.W not T.W & Sons. That would indicate it was possibly manufactured before 1874. My father was always picking up unique items from the different duty stations he was assigned from his time in the Navy, 1937 through 1967. This piece is in perfect condition, no dents or repairs.
