The Thermo Heracell VIOS 160i is a highly reliable and high-performance CO2 incubator that’s simple to use and maintain. The interior is polished copper with coved corners that are easy to clean and features an integrated humidity chamber. This specialized reservoir at the base of this 165L incubator can be filled easily, without the need for tools, and has a cover to protect accidental particles and spilled media from settling within. Gases are pre-humidified before entering the chamber to help maintain uniformity. The THRIVE active airflow growth conditions are kept homogenous and stable to avoid sample variations, while the ISO Class 5 HEPA air filter system minimizes contamination.

The Heracell Vios 160i Co2 Incubator is easy to operate and maintain, keeping you on your research and dealing less with your incubator. The iCAN touchscreen interface of this laboratory incubator is mounted on the door for easy access, with multiple languages, onscreen menu prompts, error and usage logs, data logging, and performance trend graphing. This Incubator For Bacterial Growth has a small footprint and is easily stackable to help free up lab space. To help with maintenance, an on-demand, high-temperature sterilization cycle can be engaged, running at 180°C overnight, eliminating the need for autoclaving and reassembling components. The microprocessor control, dual temperature probes, TC sensor, and RH sensor maintain stable operation and fast recovery within the Heracell.
