Chicago [1-49] Presumably printed in 1949 Great illustrations of rail travel and accomodations on the California Zephyr. Large size format, pamphlet is approximately 8-1/2"x11" Unpaginated, 16 pages. The Vista-Dome .....Penthouse view. Hostess service provided by the Zephyrettes, uniformed women. Condition: there are some foxing marks (NO ODORS) to the outside covers and versos, the interior pages are clean and bright with only a very occasional thumb mark. Please see photos where I have taken pictures of the "defects". While there are a few areas of light foxing or thumbing, the pamphlet presents quite well overall, and is otherwise clean. Large illustrations show off the accomodations from sleeping quarters to dining. Cut aways of various berth configurations. Nice vintage item.
