Either way, This is a Tales of Suspense #39 homage cover. **If the listing has more than one of the same item, I only scan one of them for the ebay photos. You may not receive the one that shows in the scan but they are all the same grade and in very similar condition. Most of the time, this will be the case on recent modern books that are graded 9.8. If the certification number is in the item specifics and it matches the certification number on the book used for the scan, that should be the actual book you will receive but if there is a quantity and no matching certification number in the item specifics, you'll receive the a different copy of same book with the same grade but with a different certification number and in a different but very similar case. **If the CGC label doesn't note the keys and 1st appearances noted in the title, description or photos, it's because it generally takes CGC 1-5 years or a multitude of customer requests before they will list key information on most new books or even certain older books.
