Once your return is approved, we will provide a return address, and you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that you'll write directly on your shipment box. Finally, mail the packing slip along with purchased items, all their contents, and product packaging to the address provided to you. We must receive your returned items within 45 days of the date of sale (see Non-Returnable Items for exceptions). 

Damage may happen during shipping, and we apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. Please contact customer service if you have received damaged goods, and we will assist you immediately.
