It is a highly symbolic votive ,figurine. It dates to 1600-1200 BC. According to Hititte culture a votive like this would be considered a fertility figure and the symbolism makes you think that the family who owned it wanted a boy to be born. This unusal piece os 3.6" long and 2.6" tall. The piece is 100% intact. The calf's back right leg has been repaired and the calf has been reglued.
