U.S.A.) 2 CHIPS ON PORCELAIN BUT DOES NOT AFFECT THE USABILITY OF THE SCALE, THE BACK GLASS IS BROKEN IN HALF AND BOTTOM PIECE OF GLASS IS MISSING. GREAT DISPLAY ITEM OR FOR RESTORE.

When an item cannot be completely tested, such as a remote control or a modem tied to a specific vendor that we do not have access to, we still test for “Out-of-the-box” functionality such as making sure they power on, buttons respond, testable functions work, noises are made, etc!

 

We use our best judgment and research for all other items as to their quality, functions, authenticity, and condition using the same resources available to any consumer.
