Week Ends. Weekend orders will be dispatched the following Monday Morning, except for Bank Holidays where dispatch will be the next available working day. Delivery shown is to the UK mainland only, and where applicable includes for a signature upon receipt. This is in order to protect both ourselves as the seller and yourself as the buyer. Not all deliveries are signed for (no signature required).

Feedback Once received in good condition and you are satisfied with your purchase, please leave positive feedback to confirm safe receipt. Feedback is our only way of knowing that your item has been safely received. I have always left positive feedback for all of my customers and will continue to do so, but only if I am first left feedback. I am fedup with leaving feedback for buyers who can not be bothered to leave feedback in return. As already stated, it is important that we receive your feedback as this is often the only way that we know that you have safely received your item and are satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please do not immediately leave us negative feedback, but please do contact us straight away and we will do our very best to resolve any issue that you may have. In the event that we are unable to resolve your issue, we will refund your money in full, excluding any original delivery charges.

Returns.

We do offer a 14 day returns policy in accordance with the following. Returns on any of our items will only be accepted if the item received is not as described or faulty. Faulty goods will either be replaced with an exact item or your money refunded. All of our items leave us in 100% perfect condition as per our listing pictures and details. If you find your item to be damaged upon receipt, it will be up to yourself to resolve the issue and claim for any damages or loss against the delivery company. We would assist you in this matter with all relevant proof of postage documentation etc.

All return postage fees must be paid for by the buyer. There are no exceptions to this. Only returns sent by the same or similar delivery service as that used by us will be acceptable. All of our letter sized items are dispatched using Royal Mail. Parcels are dispatched using a combination of the Royal Mail and Hermes courier service.

Other Information.

Where at all possible we do recycle our boxes and packaging materials. It is very possible that you will receive your item in a recycled outer carton / box. All previous labelling will have been removed, and the box will be secure and fully useable for the intention of delivering your item to you safely. Not only does this reduce our costs, but it also helps to reduce the cost of the item to you. It is of course also environmentally friendly. A very important issue these days. So please do not mark us down for packaging.
