UNITED STATES SERIES 1953 B TEN DOLLAR SILVER CERTIFICATE NOTE (BLUE SEAL) VISIBLE CUT LINE SIGNATURES OF SMITH AND DILLON FRIEDBERG NUMBER: 1708 We feel this U.S. Silver certificate note is uncirculated. It is crisp and retains full body. The colors including the blue seal are bright with good eye appeal and there are no stains or spots. There are no folds, wrinkles, tears, or pinholes. It appears to be fairly well centered, but if you look at top dead center you will see a black line. This is the "cut registration line" which is normally not supposed to be visible. This is then considered to be a slight error from the Bureau of Engraving and Printing. The edges and corners are sharp. We are not professionals or experts and grading is subjective, so study the photographs of the actual bill and you be the judge. Please email with any questions prior to bidding. Thanks for looking.
