Eye pieces are included and we were able to see through with minor to no scratches on the lens.

Unit has scratches and dust; will need to be cleaned.

Cancel Policy: Our items are processed immediately upon receipt of your order. These items are picked and pulled from our facility and immediately begin being processed for shipment.
