Item:202594679423Please be sure to review all my other auctions after you have looked at this one! I will be listing a broad and diverse range of vintage communications and technology items, related books, periodicals and ephemera... Something for everyone! Here you are bidding on a scarce Western Electric D-79510 Ionization Manometer. It is like an unbased WE 205 with a glass extension at the top of the bulb. This tube has a good filament! This device was used to measure pressure under vacuum by measuring the ratio of the collector (grid) current to the anode (plate) current. They were used extensively at Western Electric and at other laboratories and Universities. The manometer tube is generally in nice physical condition but the glass arbor is cracked. I have tried to take good photographs to show everything. If you have any questions, please ask. If you are serious Western Electric collector, you cannot let this item pass you by.... Shipping weight will be about 3 pounds. I will pack all items properly and with great care. I have been shipping these kind of vintage items worldwide since the late 1980's. Buyers are responsible for shipping, insurance and material costs and any applicable duties. I usually can ship within one business day after receipt of confirmed payment. International customers are very welcome! Bid with confidence...international shipping is not an issue!. If you are new to eBay with no prior feedback please contact me prior to bidding...thanks!
