The Mountain Dew brand and production rights were acquired by the Pepsi-Cola company in 1964.  This particular bottle was filled at The Pepsi Cola Bottlers of Akron Co. and the "Filled by Jake and Helen" on the label was in reference to a very popular, long serving, loyal employee of the company, Jake Seibel.
