HOW DO I PERSONALISE MY ORDER?

FOR THIS GIFT WE REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING PERSONALISED INFORMATION:

• The first name of the child only please
• The thread colour, pink, blue, black or white (please note if you do not send us a thread colour we will send blue for a boy or pink for a girl)

Please note that if you would like the word prince or princess and or the crown removing please let us know otherwise it will be included. Personalising your order is easy. During checkout simply click the "Message to seller" link on the order confirmation page to send us the information you'd like adding to the gift.

If you forget to do this then don't worry, simply message us on eBay after you have purchased your gift, letting us know the details. Or you can use the button below.

MESSAGE US

In the unlikely event we don't receive a message from you at the time of purchase, we will message you afterwards to ask for the details. Please note we won't dispatch any orders until we have received all the information required to complete the personalisation. If we don't receive your colour choice we will process your order with the colours on the image on the eBay listing unless you tell us otherwise. This will be the same for general wording such as Happy Christmas, Grandma and Grandad etc.

Please note that monitors display colours slightly differently, as do printers. Colours may vary slightly on your card to what you see on your screen.

Please ensure you double check any information you provide us with, including spelling and grammar as we will copy it exactly. We DO NOT except returns on these personalised items unless we have made a mistake with the spelling.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How much do you charge for delivery?

Our standard delivery service is FREE of charge. We do offer a Royal Mail 24hr service which you can select when purchasing your gift. Please note however Royal Mail's 24 hour service isn't guaranteed the next working day, they aim to deliver within 1-2 days.

When will I receive my order?

All our orders are sent via Royal Mails 48 hour service. This is a 3-5 day delivery service, however most are received within 3 working days. We also offer a Royal Mail 24 hour service which is a 1-2 day service. This can be selected during checkout.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

Yes we can deliver to any country in the world that is covered by eBay's International Shipping program which is handled by eBay. eBay will charge you separately for any postal costs that are outside of the UK.

Do you offer proofs?

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer proofs on any designs.

How do I personalise my order?

Each item will require different information. Please check the individual listing to see what information we require from you. If you're still unsure or have any questions please get in touch and our team will be happy to help.

DELIVERY

All orders are dispatched FREE OF CHARGE using Royal Mail's 48 hour delivery service. We aim to dispatch all embroidered orders within 2 days of orders being placed.

Items which are ordered over the weekend or on bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Our order cut off is 2pm, any orders made after this time will be processed the next working day. Please note orders may not be shipped on time if we need to contact you to check any information sent to us or if we are waiting for your personalised information.

Please note we can only ship to verified PayPal addresses.
