The chairs have casters(wheels) on the front legs, and are both are very sturdy. They have been stored for years in dry storage. Ready to be upholstered and put to use. Sturdy and large seats. I am 6 foot 4 and seats are high off the ground. Most victorian chairs are small, these are grand. Originally came out of a townhouse in Boston. Really beautiful details. Just needs one finial that are missing and can me carved by any good craftsman. $1199 for the set of two or best offer. Local pickup only.
