This lens has been tested in our store, and is in NON working order. The focus for the lens does not function right. Images are slightly blurred and generally not of good quality. Could be a calibration issue or an autofocus motor issue. The autofocus searches heavily before focusing. The aperture would only open to 3.3 on all cameras used for testing. This is indicative of greater issues within the lens. This lens is sold as is no returns for these reasons. The front and rear elements of this lens are in Great shape with no scratches or other marks on them. There is some light internal dust that does not affect image quality, but the inner elements are free from fungus, haze, etc. The aperture blades are clean. The barrel exhibits some minor wear but is in Excellent shape overall. The focus ring turns smoothly. Both the mount and the filter threads are in great shape. This lens is an excellent choice for Macro Photography!
