This auction is for a neat & petite Art Deco Style Oak Magazine Newspaper Rack from England. This is a nice and sturdy magazine rack with good eye appeal. This one is in good overall condition. You could use this in your bathroom for storing bath and hand towels and such. It doesn't take up much floor space but you get quite a bit of vertical storage from it. They also go well in the kitchen as a place to store your cookbooks magazines with new recipes in them. They go great in a kids room as well as any bedroom for storage off reading materials. This one is well made and quite steady for it's size. It has a Dark Honey Oak patina to it. It is about 13 1/4" wide and about 6 3/8" deep and about 24 1/2" tall. Each shelf/pocket is about 12 1/4" wide and about 12" deep. The top shelf is about 12 1/4" X 2 3/8". It has a nice Dark Honey Oak patina to it and is a little darker in real life than what the pictures show. It has some small blemishes to the finish on the sides and some scratches and dings. It appears at one time it was attached to a wall. There was a hole in the center of the Art Deco Trim above the top shelf but it has been closed and touched up. The overall finish is good, not great, not excellent or mint but Good. There is no rot or worm damage to any of the oak. For it's overall age and travels it's in good condition and ready to set out and use and enjoy. The packaging & shipping charges are $35.50 to any address in the Lower 48 States.
