ITEM DESCRIPTION- What you see is what you get. This is a full size NYLT staff training strip. Unofficial but scouts like it.

SHIPPING & HANDLING- Most items are shipped free and at the most cost effective way possible. In other words I ship patches in first class envelopes with no special services like expedited shipping or tracking. If you need either please contact me. Domestic shipping is based on previous similar items I have shipped. International shipping is based on the US Postal Service International Flat Rate calculator Please wait for me to send you an invoice with an accurate shipping charge. I DO NOT CONTROL THE SPEED AT WHICH THE US POSTAL SERVICE DELIVERS YOUR PACKAGE. If you have a problem with getting your item I ask that you take it up with the postal service. Leaving me negative comments will not fix anything, I have impeccable feedback when it comes to shipping speed. Unless I am away on leave I will ship every business day. Small orders of patches are sent in a regular envelope wrapped in the eBay invoice or affixed to card stock. Items that have their own sturdy box are bubble wrapped and then wrapped in brown wrapping paper. If the above mentioned shipping methods are not acceptable I can ship to your specification for additional charge. I try to keep my S & H as reasonable as possible. If you buy more than one item from me on a buy it now please asks for an invoice so I can combine shipping. I try to be fair about shipping charges.

FEEDBACK- I ask that you leave positive feedback first signifying you have received your item and are 100% satisfied with the transaction. By you leaving positive feedback under the auction in your buyers tools this helps me ensure you have received your item. I will do the same within 24 hours. If you have a problem please contact me before leaving negative/ neutral feedback or a negative comment under positive feedback. If you leave negative/ neutral feedback before contacting me then I may be unable to resolve the problem. I wish to maintain my positive feedback, please allow me to resolve any problem you may have. This is not my day job but something I do for a little bit of fun and to support my ship. Again. I DO NOT CONTROL THE SPEED AT WHICH THE US POSTAL SERVICE DELIVERS YOUR PACKAGE. I ship in a reasonable amount of time. Leaving negative or neutral comments about shipping will not change anything as I don’t control the postal service once I put your package in the mail.

PAYMENT- Payment is expected within a reasonable amount of time from the close of the auction. I feel 48 hours after the close of the auction is enough time if paying by Pay Pal or make arrangements otherwise. Communication is the key. The longer you take to pay the longer it will take to get your item. In other words, the faster you pay, the faster you get your item.

RETURNS- What you see is what you get. Generally I will NOT accept a return because you are unhappy or failed to read the item description. (I get people from time to time who don’t read over the auction or have unrealistic expatiations) I do my best to describe what I sell and picture it. Items are shown “as is”. Unless otherwise specified. I always answer questions the same day they are sent to me. You are responsible for return postage. If an item is damaged I ask that you take it up with the post office first.

ATTENTION COLLECTORS- I use stock photos. If you’re bidding on something because it looks like a variant please ask about it first. I do not give regard to slight variations in the BSA items I sell.
