This sale is for a  National Instruments PCI-MIO-16E-4 (184002P-01) DAQ Card. Item was pulled from a working environment and it's in excellent physical condition, but we are unable to test it for “full” functionality ourselves at our facility.

If you cannot get a rate, you’ll need to contact us (through e-bay) with your full address so we can look into it. We will also never change ANY information in regards to filling out paperwork for “Customs”. Buyers are responsible for all charges inclusive of any and all taxes and duties. Shipper is not responsible for any delays once the package leaves the United States.

Items we offer for sale are described as completely and as accurately as possible to the best of our knowledge, and technical experience. Please try to do your own research to ensure our description is compatible with the item you are looking for. All items are shipped on time and a tracking number is provided via the PayPal messaging system. We do not charge for shipping and handling ourselves.

The pictures in our auctions are a true representation of what the buyer will receive. So if you do not see it in the pictures it is NOT included (Unless it is specifically stated in the auction).

When using PayPal we only will ship to confirmed addresses.

Payment for “Auction” sales is expected within 4 days of auction’s end, and payment for “Buy It Now” or “Best Offer” sales is required immediately (weekend’s included). PayPal is open 24/7. If for some reason you have a problem with a payment, you will need to contact us ASAP. If there is no contact from the buyer within 4 days time of the auctions end and the item has still not been paid for, we will cancel the transaction and relist the item.

We ship all of our products on e-bay no more than 1 business day after the transaction has been paid for. We also ship all our items via USPS and UPS Ground, unless the sale is set up for “free shipping” in which case we will ship the item by our discretion.

Warranty Policy: Warranty period is 30-days starting on the date of delivery and includes weekends.

If we have an item that we are selling “AS-IS”, it will (in most cases) not be under warranty, unless otherwise specified.

For all returns, you’ll need to contact us first. So please contact us through e-bay (very important) ASAP if you have any problems. The item shipping back to us is the responsibility of the purchaser.
