NEW Traulsen Single Section Roll-In Heated Holding Cabinet #AIH132H-FHS Reg. price is $14,600 This is a TOP OF THE LINE model. Typically used in super high foot traffic locations such as cacinos, resorts and theme parks.  This is a brand new overstock item.  We took the box cover off just to take photos.  The unit will be boxed back to how it was.  The following information is off the factory website.   Thanks to its high performance ducted fan air distribution system, this Traulsen Specification Line AIH132H-FHS 39 cu. ft. single section roll-in heated holding cabinet delivers steadier heat distribution, quicker daily start-up, lower energy use, and reduced lifetime service costs when compared to a standard model. With its roll-in design, this holding cabinet can accommodate one 27" x 29" x 72" pan rack and keep its contents at food safe temperatures until serving. Additionally, innovative INTELA-TRAUL microprocessor controls make operation easy with a 3-digit LED display, an on/off button, a one-time start-up temperature adjustment feature, and a data port all in one convenient location on the front of the unit. For maximum food safety, an alarm alerts your staff of high/low cabinet temperatures, when the door is left open, and when there is a power supply interruption. This roll-in holding cabinet features high-density foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation to help maintain a consistent internal cabinet temperature, monitored by a Fahrenheit/Celsius temperature display on the front of the unit. Its self-closing door includes a stay-open feature when opened past 120 degrees. This unit requires a 115/208V electrical connection for operation.
