If the wrong reason is used to return an item, Sellers are charged with a defect which can cause our eBay fees to increase. This would force us to raise our prices. In the unlikely event we shipped the wrong item, the item was damaged during shipping, or we had the wrong photo with the listing, you are welcome to use the appropriate return reason.
