This comes with the one-pin SCA adapter that enables manual flash firing only. There are dedicated TTL modules for different cameras; however, my understanding is that TTL works only for film cameras and not digital. I have tested this with a Konica Minolta/Sony module and while it fires, it will only expose properly with TTL on film cameras. Both primary and secondary lamps fire. Zooming and other functions also work like they should. Battery compartment is clean, with no signs of battery leak residue. Comes with diffuser as shown on pics.
