The unit is yours for the full 7 nights, but you may use as many of the nights as you want.  Check in a day later, check out a day early, use it for the weekend or use it as a home base for some day or night trips – the choice is yours.

There are NO additional taxes!!

These units are weekly rentals and while you do not need to use all 7 nights, there are no discounts for using less than the full week!!

This spacious one bedroom villa measures approximately 1022 square feet. You will enjoy a queen-size bed in the master bedroom, one full bath, a partially equipped kitchen and a queen-size sleeper sofa. Additional features include a fireplace and a deck.

Credit Card Information will be collected at Check-In by the resort for a refundable security deposit hold. 

The resort collects a service fee of 7.75 U.S. dollars plus tax, per bedroom/per night at check-in. This fee is additional and is not included in the eBay price. Cash or Credit is accepted.

Your reservation documents will be emailed to you within 48 hours of purchase! Please include the name of the person checking in (must match picture I.D.), address, and phone number when submitting payment. Also, please include the email address you would like your confirmation sent to in the comments section, as eBay does not allow attachments to their emails.

Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the purchase date, after which time these units are non-changeable and non-refundable. During those 30 days there is a $75 restocking fee if the unit is returned. For units already within 30 days of arrival or for units whose dates have already passed, there are no changes and no refunds. There is  a $75 restocking fee for any unit where payment has already been received. Date changes are generally not accepted or available.
