This item is in good cosmetic condition with some minor wear including scuff marks and scratches but this does not effect the functionality of the item. The shaft is in good condition as well. We connected this item to a power source and the motor rotated without any issues. We did however notice the item was quite loud and squeaky. We are unsure the reason for this. We did not test this item beyond powering on and the item will be sold as is.
