PAYMENT REQUIRED AT TIME OF PURCHASE

Please make your payment at the time of purchase. Ifpayment is not made within 24 hours, the transaction will be cancelled, and youwill lose the reservation.

GUEST NAME FOR THE RESERVATION

We will need the Guest Name for this reservation atthe time of purchase. Only one name can be put on the reservation and that mustbe the name of the person who will actually be checking-in. The person checkingin must be at least 21 years of age, provide a photo ID and have a major creditcard. Please include the Guest Name in the note section of your PayPal payment.Once a Guest Name has been added, any name change will cost an additional$129.00

The resort is very strict about the name on thereservation. Only the person whose name is on the reservation can check in,everyone else must wait. Therefore it is very important to choose the GuestName carefully. The only time there can be more than one person on areservation, is if there are two adults with the same last name. If this is thecase, please give us both names and then either one can check in.

The resort will not allow you to use the same name onmore than one unit during the same time period. This is true even if you bookone unit through us and one unit through someone else. Also, the resort doesnot allow overlapping reservations in the same name. If you do either of thesethings, the resort will charge you $129.00 to change one of the names or theymay even cancel one of your reservations. So please be careful.

RESERVATION CONFIRMATIONS

Confirmations are sent to you by email. Forreservations that are made more than fifty days before the check-in date, theguest name will not be added to the reservation and emailed to you until aboutfifty days before the check-in date. For reservations that are made less thanfifty days before the check-in date, the guest name will be added within fiveto seven business days after you have paid. You should print the confirmationto take with you to the resort for check in.

NO TIMESHARE TOUR IS REQUIRED

This is a timeshare unit. No timeshare tour isrequired. During the check-in procedure, they will probably ask if you want toattend a timeshare tour. All you need to do is tell them no and they will notbother you again. We have had many people ask about this before they go andthis is what we have told them. We have not had anyone complain afterwards.

CANCELLATIONS

After you have paid, a name is put for you on thereservation. At this point, the reservation is non-cancelable andnon-refundable. We do not provide cancellation insurance. You should buy it ifyou feel you may need it. I do not have any recommendations on where to buythis insurance.

If a situation happens after a name is put on thereservation, you reservation is non-cancelable and non-refundable.  

There are no REFUNDS.

REGULATIONS  

 

Check in is at 4:00 p.m. Check out time is 10:00 a.m.The Front Desk is open 24 hours a day. Your safety is very important to us, sowe do closely follow local mandates for maximum occupancy. Most resorts enforcea late check-out fee for any guests checking out past the check-out time. As acourtesy to our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted at this resort.Thank you for your consideration. There is a $300 fine for smoking in the unitsor common areas. No pets are allowed. A credit card and photo ID required atcheck-in. A minimum $150 pre-authorization will be applied to allow you roomcharging privileges.

This information has been verified with the resort. Wecontinually update and verify the information, but cannot guarantee itsaccuracy. Your bid on this condo is the complete total of what you have to pay,other than normal optional purchases. There are no hidden charges, no sales taxor lodging tax, and no cleaning fees. Be sure to check these extras if you arecomparing to a hotel room; they can add 8 to 15% or more to the total cost ofyour stay. I will pay the fee for your guest confirmation with Wyndham Resorts.  

 

This condo is currently reserved in my name. I willthen make arrangements with Wyndham to get a guest certificate in your name.Wyndham will register you as their guest and send a guest certificate directlyto you. The registered guest must be present at check-in, you must bring thiscertificate with you at check-in and, you must be 21 years of age or older inorder to check in; these procedures are strictly enforced. You will need aphoto id, and a credit card for incidental room charges.

About the seller.    My wife and I thoroughly enjoy traveling in style with Wyndham.    We are members of Wyndham Resorts. Occasionally we are not able touse all of our Wyndham vacations in a given year, so we reserve nice vacationsand make them available on eBay for others to enjoy.    This helps us recover some of our costs, so it is a win-win forboth of us.

Helpful Hints.  

1.    Youdo not have to own timeshare or belong to RCI in order to bid.    AND you do not have to attend a Timeshare Sales presentation.    ABSOLUTELY NOT.

 

2. Once reservations are made in your name, the unitis yours for the dates indicated.    You do not have to arrive on the first night of your stay.    Your reservation will still be held for the time period specifiedin the auction.    Ifyou don't arrive, it will sit empty.    However, there will not be any nights added to your stay for anyunused nights, and no refunds.  

3.    The resort has a Non-Smoking policy in the units and buildings.  

4.    The resort strictly enforces occupancy levels and check-out times.    Check-in is 4:00pm daily;    check-out time is 10:00 am.    The check-in desk is open 24 hours per day.    There is a latecheck-out fee assessed for any guests checking out past the deadline.  

5.    No pets are allowed.  

 

6.    Acredit card imprint and picture ID are required at check-in.    Any damage or pilfering is the responsibility of the guest.  

7. Cancellations are not permitted.
