Postage and Shipping:

We don’t charge for packaging and handling. We use shipping methods that provide tracking. Untracked post is used only upon request and at the buyer’s risk.

Our preferred shipping method is via Australian Post. We try to ship within three business days. We generally dispatch goods on Wednesday and Saturday.

Domestic Shipping: We will post using pre-paid satchels up to 3kg and in cartons up to 20kg. For large parcels (over 20kg), we will ship via private courier. We will combine multiple lots where ever possible.

International Shipping: We post using Couriers via Australia Post up to 20Kgs subject to Australia Posts limitations on size. Items in excess of 20 Kgs will be posted using an international courier or shipping company. An estimate for freight costs should be requested prior to purchase.

International buyers – please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges aren’t included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

PaP is run by a small group of WA businessmen, professionals and pastors who have all experienced working with the poor and orphaned children in SE Asia. We are not licensed by the manufacturers to sell their products so cannot offer a warranty nor do we accept any liability for their use.

No warranty is offered for Three Phase motors, Three Phase transformers and other Three Phase heavy duty electrical equipment. It is the buyer’s responsibility to request a condition report prior to purchase. We do not accept any responsibility for the condition report by the testing specialist.

For all other items, we offer a money-back guarantee, if the item is faulty or is not as described. Please notify us within 30 calendar days of the sale, and return the item to us in its original condition. (Return postage will be paid for by the purchaser) We will process a full refund within 14 calendar days of receipt. Please request a return address. The address may vary depending on the nature of the item.

Carrier Insurance: We do not use carrier insurance unless specifically requested by the buyer. We make every effort to package items well for transport but take no responsibility for loss or damage during transport. Carrier insurance will be added to the cost of the purchase.
