NOTICE

All items are described as honestly and accurately as possible. As a consignment seller, it is impossible to be an expert in every item. We may have inadvertently omitted information that you may think is important. PAYMENT

TN2WAY prefers PayPal. PayPal accepts all major credit cards, debit cards,  and E-Checks through your bank account. It is the safest and easiest way to send money for on-line purchases. You can send payment via PayPal if you have an account or not. Just follow the instructions during the checkout process.  

All Payments are required within 5 days when purchasing with Buy it Now. If payment is not received within the required amount of time, the item will be forfeited and re-listed. Appropriate action will be initiated to the non-paying buyer, to include an automatic Non-Paying bidder alert filed with eBay.

SHIPPING

• GENERAL SHIPPING

ANY and ALL shipping fees associated with your purchase will be the BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY.

Unless it is specifically stated within an item's listing, we ship USPS.

TN2WAY will not ship to any PO Boxes or FRO unless there is a pre-arrangement made before purchase.

Once payment confirmation is received, all orders will ship out within 1 business day unless it is otherwise stated within the item listing.

Please use the shipping calculator to determine your cost, unless a flat rate charge is listed.

We prefer to mail to confirmed addresses. If your address is not confirmed, please log in to paypal.com for more information.

•  US SHIPPING

TN2WAY charges a nominal handing charge to cover packing and supplies. If the item states FREE U.S. Shipping, we have included shipping and handling into the purchase price of the item.

          Calculated International shipping price will include a small handling charge.  

          We will give shipping discounts if more than one item is purchased at the same time.               

          Please email requests before purchasing.

•  LOCAL PICK UP

Arrangements can be made for local pick up.  Buyer must make request before the item(s) are purchased to find out availability. 

If shipping is included in the price, we will take 10% off the original price.  If shipping is not included, we will waive the shipping only charge. Handling charge will remain.

• INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

TN2WAY uses the Global Shipping Program for ALL international sales.  Please see eBay website for more information on the Global Shipping Program.

We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" U.S. and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

• INSURANCE

Read each listing carefully. Only items over a certain dollar value will be included in Shipping and Handling fees, which will be stated within the listing. Items that do not state insurance is included will not be covered for any damage, lost or non-delivery. TN2WAY is not responsible for the processing of any damage claims. Limit of Liability will be to provide you the shipper's tracking information.

RETURNS

Returnable items are stated as such. Returns are not accepted due to damage in shipping. The item has to be returned in the same way it was received.

Items are returnable for the same item, if available, or a monetary refund.

The buyer is responsible for all cost involved in the return process.  Refund will then be applied less eBay fees, shipping and handling charge and the return shipping fees. TN2WAY will issue a credit back to your PayPal account only.

The SELLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damage or loss suffered in the RETURN shipping process.

WARRANTY

Unless a specific warranty is otherwise stated in a listings description, all items are sold  "AS IS"  no warranty is either expressed or implied by TN2WAY.

Item(s) sold by TN2WAY and are listed within the item’s description as 'new' ', may still have some a manufacturer warranty remaining. Our Warranty Disclaimer outlines our responsibilities and also our return policies. Whatever warranty that may be remaining (if any) on any item(s) we sell, the warranty (if any) would be in effect from the manufacturer, and you must contact the product manufacturer(s) directly for warranty considerations and/or service.

GUARANTEE

TN2WAY wants buyers to be happy with purchases. If you are not satisfied with your merchandise, just contact us within fourteen (14) business days from your delivery date.

If TN2WAY is unable to resolve your concern,  you will receive a full refund of the purchase price minus eBay fees, shipping and handling fees, and insurance.  Return shipping charges will be paid by the buyer . Upon receipt and verification of the returned merchandise, TN2WAY will issue a credit back to your PayPal account only.
