DESCRIPTIONS:  We try to describe the items the best we can. We are not experts and sometimes make mistakes. We get all of our items from Auctions, Yard Sales, Estate Sales and Flea Markets. We inspect and clean all items before we list. Please use the photos as part of the description. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to buying an item.

NOTICE:  We DO NOT ship International. Any item that weighs 16 ounces or less will be shipped First Class no matter what the listing states. We recycle packing material and shipping supplies whenever possible.

SALES TAX:  Ebay will collect State sales tax when applicable. We do not receive it and have no control over the collection.

DAMAGED ITEM RECEIVED POLICY:  If an item is received damaged we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt. Photos of the item in the original box and the outside of the box will be needed to process a claim.

RETURN POLICY: All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. All returns must be in the same condition as sent. Return items are subject to a 10% restocking fee unless we made a mistake in the description. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping. We DO NOT refund any shipping cost unless we made a mistake. If it was FREE shipping we will not refund the actual shipping cost that we paid to ship the item unless we made a mistake. All returns shipped as NEW in Factory Package must be returned the same way, UNOPENED, UNUSED and UNDAMAGED. All returns must include all original packaging and any other items as stated in the ad. All returns require a prior notice or upon receipt return will be refused.

PAYMENTS: We accept PayPal only.  PayPal e-check normally takes 5-7 business days to clear. Payments due immediately unless noted.

SHIPPING: We only ship to Ebay or PayPal address of record provided at time of sale. Please update these records before purchase if your address has changed. Please make sure the Ship-To address you input during checkout is correct. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses.   All orders ship same or next day after your payment clears. We ship Monday thru Saturday (except holidays). We use the USPS only.   All orders are usually processed within 24 hours of payment, you will receive tracking information via email when your item is processed. Please keep in mind that our shipping fees also include other costs such as boxes, tape, labels and packing material, not just the postage.

COMBINED SHIPPING:  We do combine shipping and can hold any item (or items) for up to 3 days but once payment is made it cannot be combined with any other purchase. For combined shipping, the item with the highest ship charge is calculated 1st, then additional charges apply. This excludes items with free shipping. No Exceptions. Please request or wait for a revised invoice with adjusted ship rate before paying.
