I am selling 10 cameras I bought in a huge lot of vintage photo gear last year for the lenses. The lot is "AS IS", for parts or repair. All have issues. All of them have a mechanical shutter, except the Maxxum 7000. These shutters work without a battery. I was able to trigger all of them. I give the results here, with some other comments. Mechanical shutters tend to slow down over time, if you don't service them, and these cameras are no exception. When the shutter is good enough, pictures can be taken using manual metering. I didn't test the meter of any camera. **** Please check shipping before bidding, the parcel weights 21 pounds - 9.5 kg. **** Pentax K1000 (K mount): clean, works, shutter snappy, lacks hooks for a strap (!); except for the missing hooks, this camera shows less wear than the others. Cosina STL 1000 (M42): shutter fires, but speed doesn't seem to vary when turning knob. Fujica ST801, black (M42): shutter works, speeds seem OK, nice black soft leather case, a nice camera, but shows some wear. Canon Ex Auto QL (fixed lens with interchageable front part): shutter works, except the slowest - 1/8e, which jams. Canon FT QL (FD mount): shutter works, speeds seem slowed down; very nice case, black, hard leather. Argus Cosina STL 1000, black (M42): shutter snappy, cosmetic under average. Mamiya Sekor 500 TL (M42): speeds slllooooowww. Ricoh TLS 401 (M42): black SRL with brown soft leather case; speed seem OK, cosmetic is average, aperture lever does not work so lens is always stopped down; has an interesting feature: a knob opens a window on the top of the pentaprism for viewing at a right angle; strangely the speed knob is vertical, in front of the camera at the right of the lens. Yashica TL-E (M42): Speeds seem OK, not able to remove the battery door, probably after a leakage. Minolta Maxxum 7000: not able to test anything. Plus: a vintage leatherette bag, quite large, in good condition.   Please feel free to ask any questions.
