Lot includes: 1. Sealed and labeled bottle for Warner’s Safe Pills from the Warner Safe Remedy Co., Rochester, New York. The label wraps completely around the bottle and is in excellent condition. Bottle is perfect, corked, and still contains the original pills. Bottle is 2.25” tall and about 0.5” across. Also includes graphic round outer cardboard tube with paper label for Warner’s Safe pills with great graphics and claims. Round wrapper has original top and bottom with Warner’s Safe Cure Seal but the bottom is torn open and mostly detached from the cardboard tube. 2. Warner’s Log Cabin Liver Pills from H.H. Warner Co., Rochester, New York. The labeled glass vial is unopened and still filled with the original pills (you can hear the pills when the package is gently shaken). The original advertising flyer is wrapped around the vial inside the outer wrapper. The outer wrapper is in fair condition with trademark image of a log cabin being viewed through open curtains. The wrapper is complete but torn on the right side of the log cabin image but is still mostly intact. Both the top and bottom of the wrapper are intact (but almost completely detached) and both have their original red one-cent Warner’s seal over the flaps (these seals state “On demand for value received we promise to pay the bearer, One Cent, Rochester NY, August 1st, 1887”). Nice pair of early quack cures from a popular company. High bidder will receive both for one bid. Bid with confidence--all items guaranteed to be old and original and come with a 14-day return if not satisfied.
